Joseph Noweck was born in Russia on March 23, 1894. It is unknown when Joseph arrived in Schenectady. He lived on Lansing Street.
Joseph enlisted in the United States Army. He was a Private in the 126th Infantry Regiment of the 32nd Infantry Division. Joseph was killed on October 6, 1918, during the Meuse-Argonne Offensive. He is buried in the Meuse-Argonne American Cemetery and Memorial, France.
